the moulded cornice above a bead moulded frieze, the open top section flanked and divided by recessed panel pilasters headed by palmette carved corbels, the lower section with square moulded and carved rounded block corner door frames enclosing glazed panels fronted by lattice grillwork, raised on a plinth base.
